In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

FINE I AM NOT SURE WHAT YOU WANT THEY WERES FLEXIBLE.WITH US BECAUSR WE COYLD NOT PICK UP THE CAR WHEN IT WAS AVAILABLE BECAUUSE WE WERE BOTH SICK SO THEY JUST HELD THE CAR.
Oil change and tire rotation Had an appointment for 3:15 and a hair appointment for 4:20 that I had to cancel because my car was not done until 4:15. I guess I will not be able to plan anything after my appointments.

Unfortunately, this does add time to complete maintenance tasks. We are in the process of adopting a "Quick Lube" option. Hopefully, this will reduce the time for maintenance. Brakes Great service for a great vehicle as always. Already looking forward to an addition to my Outback and plan to purchase my next Subaru from Cliff Wall.

Wipers to battery The weather in Wisconsin is hard on your wipers. I found mine needed replacing on a day not fit for man nor beast. We are the Frozen Tundra after all. I pulled in without an appointment and my wipers were changed in a snap. Then I mentioned an issue that morning starting my car. They checked my battery without a blink of an eye. It needed replacing and they were able to install that during the same visit. That’s what I call customer service. Thank you Cliff Wall
Oil change/tire rotation I set up an appointment online - Loved it. The time it took for my service was over an hour. Too long to wait, but not beneficial to drop off

Got the battery replaced just as I wanted. Did NOT like the reason given to me about why the battery was replaced. I was told the battery was undersized for the car. A car should NOT be sold with an undersized battery. I talked to Mike D. about it and what I thought about it. I also called the 800 number for Subaru Service and told them what I thought. I disagree with the words " Replaced the battery as a ' one time good will gesture from Subaru'. They put the battery in the car! Fixing some thing that was wrong in the first... read more

Thank you for rating and comments. We do contact the manufacturer with vehicle issues. Subaru is very responsive to vehicle concerns expressed by owners. This winter certainly tested batteries, as a result Subaru decided to help owners with new more powerful batteries and adjusting the charging rate of the alternator. We have not experienced any traction issues with Subaru tires. We may have to order a new visor for your vehicle. We appreciate your input and frank comments.
FAST LIKE ALWAYS I have all my service work done at Cliff Wall with 3 vehicles and will continue. Everything is always explained prior to repairs and the cost is provided also. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service!
