Excellent, fast service, reasonable prices I have started taking my Subaru to Cliff Wall for all service now - originally I thought a dealership would be more expensive than an independent shop but Cliff Wall has had the same or lower prices for repairs, excellent service, and always completed on time.

very prompt to come when my car wouldn't start, My car wouldnl't start when I was on the west side, I called Cliff Wall garage, told them my predicament, they sent someone over immediately. He jump started my car and suggested I go to the garage right away to have it checked. They did a thorough check , put in a larger battery, also helped me understand how to use the various devices in my car, like heated steering wheel, etc. I was very impressed with the service. Great service Cliff Wall is a company that stands behind what they sell. They are providing excellent service for our 2018 Subaru Outback. The people are friendly and very helpful.

Very courteous staff; work completed promptly. Very courteous staff. The work was completed promptly. Waiting area is very pleasant, and helped pass the time. The dealership provides some snacks and a variety of coffees.

quick and thorough We get all of our maintenance work done at the dealership. They know the vehicles and are always upfront about what needed to be done and the general state of the vehicle. Always polite and helpful.

expensive and had to go back two more times I needed an oil change and headlight changed, they weren't able to do them together (for safety I didn't want to wait over the weekend for headlight to be fixed) so I had to make two separate appointments, and then a few days later the other headlight went out. I know some places make it standard practice to replace both at the same time-- that would've saved me having to make up my work hours on the weekend, extra labor costs, an extra trip across town and finding childcare for my... read more

Estimate lead time I've always had great service. But this time a car ran a stop sign and I brought it in on Dec. 1 and didn't get it back till Dec. 31. I was told a week. Then I got a call that it would be by the weekend halfway through but it was another two weeks. I understand that it was during Christmas week, etc. And sounds like someone left the shop which set things behind. Still, the car had not too much damage so a month was quite a long time.

You get a car...And you get a car...And you get a car! Well, it wasn’t quite like the “Oprah Winfrey” show where she was giving away cars to everyone in the audience... But, we still left HAPPY...Because when you purchase a Subaru Forester from the Cliff Wall dealership you know that you will get good friendly service from nice people that sell high-quality cars... Purchased a new 2019 Subaru Ascent We were looking for a new 7 passenger midsize suv . We test drove a lot of them and pretty much fell for the Ascent the first time we test drove it. We told Megan Desotel what options we wanted on it and she got it ordered for us. Everything went smooth thru the ordering and pick up process.
