In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Great Job Since starting to come to Cliff Wall Subaru with my 2016 Outback, a couple years ago, Rob has been my service writer. I do this because he has always made an effort to help resolve any issues I might have had, worked to find a loaner for my service appointments (I live about an hour away, so this helps me take care of some errands), and always has excellent communication with call backs or follow ups. poor service I was getting new tires for our Suburu and I wanted to compare prices with other places so I was told $185 per tire plus $70 for taking old tires off and putting new tires so I used that price to compare to other places and costco had sale that would have saved me $150 but had to order the tires so I elected to get them done at your place since tires had already been ordered and were there and that date worked for my work schedule. Periodic maintenance I came in for my 97500 mile maintenance, which was done efficiently and quickly. John brought me my air and cabin filters, to see if I wanted them changed--boy, did I! Ditto for replacing the light above my license plate. He also told me that there was a recall on my air bags, and apologized that he didn't have time at this visit. We scheduled another time. They take such good care of me and my Forester. And the dog likes to come too!

A good buying experiences They were good to work with, Lane answered all my questions, he was very helpful when we took delivery. Subaru kept us updated on our Forester as it went through the assembly process. Nick explained the different financing options as well as the extra warranty & other upgrades with not sales pressure. Over all it was a good buying experiences.

Friendly, knowledgable people A friendly, hometown dealership and service department who know their cars and who appreciate their customers. I'm pleased with the level of care they show.

Oil change time Came in for a oil change. Also had 2 bulbs out,which they fixed in a jiffy. Never any problems when we bring our crosstrek in for service.

They do good work. Took my 2010 Subaru Forester to Cliff Wall for recall work. There were 3 we knew of, but the service department informed us that a 4th had been issued that would be taken care of. Fortunately my daughter was on Christmas break or the week long wait would have been very inconvenient. As far as I can tell all was made right, and they have it a wash to remove the winter grunge. I only wish they had given me a service inspection for other repair not covered by the recalls.

Great service, best brands, knowledgeable and courteous Of all the dealerships we looked at Cliff Wall was the only one that had the combination of brands we were looking into. Initially we wanted a new vehicle, but they were the only dealership we found that had ultra low mileage options that were as close to new as you could get. The salesman we had was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Oil and filter change. Service took a very short time but still included multi-point check up including all lights, wiper function, air filter check, etc. With 10 dollar coupon this makes them VERY competitive with respect to other facilities. I trust this service department!
