Waste of my valuable time I brought in a 2019 Subaru Outback. The left front speaker has a backfeed issue. When I drive the vehicle at more than 50 mph (important), a sound emanates from that speaker. I told this to the service person, drawing attention to 50 mph or more when it occurred. In addition, I told the service person that the rear area was leaking air and noise around the seals. I was told that both issues would be looked at and hopefully repaired. Purchased a used car. No hassles, no pressure, car was what I was looking for at a good price. They even handled the financing through my Credit Union. Never had a more pleasurable experience buying a car. I will be coming back for my wife's next car.
Worthwhile Experience The dealership had the exact vehicle I was looking for, the price was ok and the salesman was very knowledgeable. However, the paperwork took longer to complete, weeks.=
Oil change and tire rotation, brakes - tune up. Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and 100000 mile tune up. During the inspection the tech discovered the brakes at 2 mm. He was able to replace brakes and turn rotors in the time I had allowed. My wife and I left on our Christmas road trip right after picking up the car. Very comfortable that it is serviced and ready for a 1000 mile excursion. Merry Christmas to your team
Competent and efficient I received competent, timely, and efficient service. Personnel were courteous and friendly. The work was completed on schedule and on time. I intend to continue to have my car serviced at Cliff Wall.
Most comfortable car buying experience. We met with our sales rep (Lane) who listened to what we wanted. We agreed on a price and the car was ordered and delivered on the date promised. We had the dealer call us and later, meet with us. A really comfortable experience.
2018 Subaru Outback Great experience. Very thorough and friendly staff. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. Went above and beyond by checking out more on the car then we requested.
