In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. Very fine service Needed an oil change and new rear brakes. They said it would take three hours. I had not had lunch, they suggested a restaurant near by. Great food. I went back to the waiting area to do some reading. They called me back after two and one half hours. All of the procedures were explained to me and they discussed any future issues that I might need to have done. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they answered my questions throughly. Drop in Emergency We arrived without an appointment with a starting problem. Our Subaru dealer kept making excuses that our battery issue was our fault for “not driving enough.” We average 2,000 miles per month. That’s plenty! Rob took us immediately, arranged service and solved our problem- under warranty with no charge. We are switching our service to Cliff Wall away from where we purchased the Forester. Our next Subaru will come from Cliff Wall!

Excellent service department Great service, started out with tightening belts before recommending more expensive services, when I did need a new timing belt this dealership charged $200 less than my usual independent shop. Fast, courteous shuttle service too, highly recommended!

Awesome customer service The customer service representative and manager on site were very kind, courteous and friendly despite me being the last customer on that day. They upgraded all my window wipers to the new ones under the warranty without me asking for it. Very like going there each time. Thank you very much.

tire related issues Nice to see a prompt service. Wish there wasn't such a push to upgrade to a full set of tires ($$$$) over addressing the one tire in question.($$)
