In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Amazing Customer Service! I went to Cliff Wall to have the tread wear on my tires checked. I anticipated needing new tires before winter and had looked at some options online. Rodney took the time to evaluate my tires and showed my why I should consider new ones. Then he helped me pick the best replacement tires for my Forester and was able to take advantage of a rebate offer. This is the kind of customer service that I appreciate and will recommend to others.

Slow service and didn’t reset warning light Hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, and they didn’t reset the maintenance warning light. I had a scheduled appointment, not a walk-in.

Friendly, low key sales staff Robin Rose was very helpful and friendly in our initial visits. When we came in to buy a car, Robin wasn't available, so Greg Smith stepped in. Greg was friendly and found us a car that met our specifications. He was very thorough when he went over all the features. Overall, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

2019 Subaru Ascent Good experience all around. From ordering to delivery and pickup I was satisfied with the experience. All individuals I worked with on the day of pickup were helpful and professional.

Robin & her daughter fabulous Nick was rude Robin was the reason why I purchased the new auto. Robin was wonderful explaining the options of the car I wanted and was very willing to help us while we negotiated pricing. She was out sick during the week and Duane her manager stepped in and was helpful. Duane took a verbal contract with my credit card as deposit and we filled out a credit application over the phone. Right size of a dealership. Personable, knowledgeable and responsive. We felt comfortable with Mike and he was able to respond or our questions about the newest Subaru’s. We also considered the Mazda and Mitsubishi Hybrid.

Oil change, filter, front brake pads, periodic maintenance. In addition of your usual thorough service, you changed the two front brake pads right away even though I told you only at the time of this appointment that I had noticed the day before, on Sunday, that the brake pedal was too soft. That was prompt service. I appreciated it very much.

Very happy and a little Disappointed at the same time I was very excited to pick up my car but I had to wait three days to get it because it was going to get detailed before I picked it up. But when I picked it up it was not detailed it had the same stains And finger prints on the body from the first time I seen it And I ended up taking it like that anyways so I was a little disappointed by that other than that my experience was great my sales person was very knowledgeable had a lot of information to share and seem to care a... read more
