Welcome to Cliff Wall Automotive, where's its our mission to provide and honest relationship and great deal for every customer. In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Routine maintenance done efficiently; but cautious I have a new vehicle and have been bringing it to Cliff Wall for routine oil change and checks. I have been totally satisfied thus far (8900 miles in almost one year of ownership) I am cautiously monitoring now inasmuch as I have a family member who referred me to Cliff Wall for my above purchase and who had purchased a new vehicle there in 2015. good work They did a very nice job fixing the rear hatch. The paint looks very good and a great color match. Every thing works great and was done on time.

Routine Maintenance We come from out of town and arrived early. They were able to take the car in right away which gave us more time to run the rest of our errands that day.

Squeaky seat My Outback developed a squeaky seat that was driving me crazy. Took it to Cliff Wall to have it looked at. I was advised that Subaru is aware of the issue and working on a fix for it. Jason the tech took out the seat and repaired it as much as he was able till the fix is released. He then had me try it. The noise was gone. Unfortunately, the noise came back a few days later. I’m confident that when the “fix” is released from Subaru my car will be good as new again.

Excellant I have been a customer since 2015 buying my 2014 Mazda CX9. .I have always been more than satisfied by the service received. Each visit doesn't matter how small and insignificant I have been treated as an important customer..

Very attentive, friendly Service Staff No wait time for initial oil & headlight change. Added a tire rotation, USB port check too. Appreciate the attention to detail! The auto body Mgr also had the moonroof checked, it wasn’t closing-he cleaned it up and reset it...works good now! Since I travel for work I really appreciate the timely efficient service. Thanks all!

Oil Change I needed an oil change on my new Cross Trek. I was able to set up the appointment myself on-line. That was really convenient for me as I live about 50 miles away and have to take a vacation day to get there. With the on-line scheduling I knew that I could make the appointment for the time I wanted. Service was routine and the car was ready when they said it would be. Thanks. I'll be setting up an appointment today for my Outback.
