great service . Great service , always has been , very friendly service rep , (Eric). The only thing I thought was. I needed a new air cleaner. Which turned out to be almost 30 dollars. I thought that was a little expensive and considering I only have 20000 miles on the car. Did not think I would need one this soon. Oh well.
Service with a smile Stopped in for oil change, and tire pressure gage light being on. John informed me that tire pressure gage in one of the tires needed to be replaced. Gave me price, and I told him to have them replace the gage. Fast and efficient service, with a smile.
Tire Pressure Problem Resolved I had an issue with the Tire Pressure Indicator on my new Cross Trek. Service was fast and easy. Tire check due to Low Pressure warning light showing problems... Tire Pressure was adjusted to correct problem. Thanks for offering suggestions for keeping up on this as seasons change.

As folks from Georgia we were impressed! We came from out of town and were seen promptly. Staff was professional and the waiting area was first class. I even stole a travel magazine for Door County and no one complained. Perfect experience plus we went up to Door County which was also an ideal vacation spot. Thank You!
Car buying is a breeze They are so friendly, so competent! I called to tell them what I wanted (it's a four hour trip to get there, not a trivial trek). Lane got the car and got all the follow up arranged. All I had to do was show up and sign the papers and the check!
