The Oil Change with No Oil I took my 2013 Legacy into Cliff Wall for an oil change on 7/18/2018. During that maintenance, I was told that my break pads were getting old and that they would need to be replaced. I was planning a trip to Kansas City, MO on 8/28/2018 so I promptly scheduled an additional maintenance appointment for 8/26/2018. Parking brake light Was charged $88 because the parking brake light stayed on in my car after having to turn it on. Beeped (VERY) loudly and constantly in my 2017 Outlander while I had to drive over 45 min to dealership from my home to have someone turn it off. Nothing was wrong with the parking brake, just malfunction in the sensor or error messages in the car. Was told 60,000 mile warranty on this, interesting it went off at 63,000 miles. Denial Wall : Excellence in Service ! My Subaru Outback developed an issue of the tires ‘ cupping ‘ and making a whining type sound when I was driving. Rob from the Service Department was a great help in identifying the cause of the problem and solutions including an alignment and new tires. Rob also helped me through the possible choices in tires and the associated costs. The entire process was clearly explained.by Rob and as a result I was very confident in my decisions.
New vehicle purchase I like that the dealership is so close to home so I can go there for car care. My salesman Greg was respectful, knowlegable, helpful, but not pushy. I have found in the past, salespeople not giving respect to women or directing info to male vs woman customer. Greg was respectful and focused on me, the female customer. Great experience all around.
Service John had my car in and out ad promised. Shock replaced under warranty. Dealership personnel very professional. Most definitely will return for service as needed.

Quick and easy My service was quick and easy, enough said, i dropped off my car in the morning, and sure enough 2 hours later i picked it up with no trouble.
Excellent Shawn Schmidt was very helpful in fixing my electrical problem.. I am very pleased with the work done on my Subaru by him. Would recommend CliffWall to anyone looking for a new Subaru
