In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. Subaru Forester We walked in and Robin Rose introduced herself and we explained to her that we were in earlier in the year and was looking at the Subaru Forester and she brought us out and she showed us the one we actually ended up buying. The colour was perfect for us also. We were very pleased with Robin and she sold us on buying this vehicle. The heated seats and also the blind spot on the outside mirrors, the backup camera.
Excellent service I was looking for new tires when Cliff Wall's parts department advised me to wait a few weeks until tires were on sale and offering rebates. Thanks for the savings! I also need new brakes and to trouble shoot another issue with the vehicle. The staff was friendly, upfront, and allowed me a vehicle to use during my repairs. I bought my vehicle at another dealership, but my next one will be from Cliff Wall because of their service.
Fast, efficient and easy to work with I normally don't write too many reviews, but Cliff Wall deserves one. I've had no bad experiences since bringing my Subaru there and they've always taken care of the issue at hand quickly and effectively as well as provided me good documentation on any service they performed. They're pretty fair priced compared to other dealerships as well which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area with a Subaru.
Excellent Repair Shop They are very thorough, checking things I never thought about but not being pushy in any way, shape or form. They're completely honest about what you need and what you don't need and are very fair in pricing. Their personnel are exceptional tradesmen, never a doubt they know what they are doing and then some -- yet they are a s considerate and friendly as the day is long. Quick.s I went home with a vehicle in 1 hour and 45 minutes.staff was friendly, and did not push me into buying their brand as i bought another brand from them.
Do your homework I haven't bought a new vehicle is some time, so I wasn't completely prepared for the hype. Ben, our salesman was low key and proficient. No pressure. But prepare yourself for the pressure of adding the extended warranties, subscriptions, coatings, etc. I knew I didn't want that, but they (finance dept.) almost changed my mind. He's a bit pushy for my taste. Over all, I, rate the experience C+.
Will and Lane were very helpful. Good sales and service. My wife and I also appreciate Cliff Wall's support for progressive candidates and non-profit radio The Avenue. That's why we support them.
Warranty Work and strange noise I took my Mazda 3 in for some warranty work and to have a horrible rattle investigated. I was extremely pleased to hear it was just a loose nut that had to be tightened.. and I got a car wash thrown in! I was very impressed with the quick turnaround and profesisonalism of all involved. My car runs like new again!
Regular maintenance Came in for an oil change. The process was easy and priced fairly. I even got a car wash thrown in. Monica was great to work with!
