In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Took care of me in a difficult situation I was on vacation with my family in a remote area of the state when my 2007 Outback failed. I had the car towed 70 miles to this dealer. They provided a loaner that was big enough for all of the stuff we had brought on vacation and which had a hitch for our bike rack, which allowed us to finish our vacation and drive the family home (300 miles away in another state) while they repaired the car. New Tires & Fixed Windshield Once again, Cliff Wall Subaru exceeded my expectations. I needed to have a chip in my windshield repaired, and then decided to have my oil changed and new tires put on. Shawn in the Collison Center was easy to work with and got me an appointment quickly. Monica in the Service Dept handled my added work, worked with the parts department to find new tires, & made sure the work was done well and quickly. I couldn’t be happier.

Replacement of a Defective Radio/Navigation System I have a 2017 Subaru Impreza Limited sedan, under warranty, that needed the above replacement because of defects in the system. The solution to solve the problem was complex and required considerable time and effort on the part of Mr. Cliff Wall and Mr. Rob Prange to submit paperwork to the company for the parts necessary to correct the problem. Service Appt Found something else on my Endeavor that needed fixing ( broken wires in the door affecting door locks) not related to what I had fixed and took care of at no additional charge. Rob in service does a great job

Okay, thought my experience would be much better My insurance agent and I felt that we were put on the back burner. Miscommunication, time tables kept changing, individuals who were "supposed to know" didn't look at the car or know what was going on. They may have been busy or caught at a bad time, but I felt like simple fixes took an extremely long time to complete. E.g. put new serpentine belt on. dropped car off at 7:30am "first thing they'll do" never got call and it's 3:00pm. They were all extremely nice, not pushy, but... read more
Great service and no pressure The people in the dealership were nice and helpful. They weren't pushy at all and were fair and honest. My salesmen was new and a little inexperienced but took care of everything well otherwise.
