Great service Workers are attentive and listen to my questions. There is never and pressure or concern regarding possible upselling like other garages I’ve been to.

Excellent service and personel handling the business. Any time you drive in for service you are met with an intelligent friendly person. All the service we've had done is exceptional. Wonderful to drive in for an oil change and drive out with a nice clean car. Many places don't offer that.. The sales department is above all the best..Glad we started doing business with them.

Friendly, thorough, not pushy, professional This is my second car purchase from Cliff Wall Subaru. Prior to purchasing a Subaru, I owned a Honda CRV. I didn't realize how important it is to feel like the dealership is more than a business, but I found out during my first service appointment. They lied about needing new parts. Repair of punctured tire I showed up at the Service center without an appointment because the tire icon was lite up on the dash. I truly appreciate the courteous and professional Service Center staff. It was either Mike or Robert who wrote up my order. I would also like to mention that several weeks back Duane was especially helpful.
