In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Quick visit We took advantage of a pre-trip vehicle inspection and got a tutorial on how to use a new smartphone in the Outback. In and out in less than an hour -- and they washed the car (for free),
Good experience Stopped at Cliff Wall to look at used Subarus. We were not sure of what we wanted and were glad when Mike came out to help us. He was very helpful and not pushy as some sales people are. We ended up buying the Cross Trek. Nick was great with the paperwork & explaining the warranties in very understandable language. All in all , it was a good experience. I would definitely go back there again.
Back Again for Another Great Car My wife has dealt with Cliff Wall since he was a Cadillac dealer, and she and I have been customers since we married 9 years ago.. We always walk in with a need and ride out with a car. Neither of us were thrilled with our Mazda, but it had nothing to do with the dealership. We're now in a Subaru Forester and so far are exceedingly happy. Oil change/tire rotation It took less than an hour for my oil change & tire rotation. I appreciated that when my vehicle was done, the same person came to get me out of the waiting room, walked me back to the garage to his desk, and I could pay for the services right there. I no longer had to bring the paperwork to the window to pay, which previously I had to wait for someone to notice me standing at the window.. There were more people available at their desks in the garage when I drove up, I think to assist customers.
Oil change Had me in and out in the timeframe estimated. Nice waiting area. However, my tire seems to have a slow leak and has marks on it now that they balanced them. I will likely need to have it looked at again.
Great experience Test drove an Ascent on 5/24/18 and ordered one that same day. Took delivery on 8/3/18. Salesman keep us up tp date on its delivery progress as we waited. The vehicle is everything we expected too. It has been a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Service with a smile Quicker than a McDonald’s drive-thru. My car was done before I could finish my mocha from the fancy coffee machine in the waiting area. Then Rob helped me trouble shoot an issue with my Bluetooth from phone to car.

Maintenance The service team is very friendly to work with. I brought my car in for it's first maintenance and some issues which they couldn’t duplicate. The maintenance was done in a timely manner. Not being able to find the issues we are experiencing is frustrating. We can only hope the radio update takes care of some of the issues.
