In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. Found my problem,! My USB ports had no power, the tec found out it was disconnected From previous Service call. I have way too many tec problems, not sure if I want Eye site again!

NO HASSLE PLACE TO HAVE SERVICE TAKEN CARE OF. I have used Cliff Wall for service for some years. They have always been very down to earth and helpful and responsive. My most recent visit was a good example. I had a time constraint and mentioned it during check-in. The result was a quick turnaround that was better than needed. Cost factor The oil change was over $82.00 which I think is too costly and higher than any other center around. They say it is because all oil is especially for a Subaru. I think other centers have comparable synthetic oil. Don’t know if I will be back. John D. Was thorough and friendly.

above par as always handled very professionally with Mike and the staff Mike took three rides with me to identify the sounds that I had been experiencing and he and the technician found what was causing the unusual sound and corrected it to my satisfaction.

Tire Pressure Pressure alarm sounded on my way home. Immediately returned for solution. Service manager resolved the problem on the spot. No charge was indicated and he sent me on my way very pleased with the prompt response and gracious assistance provided.

New car Purchased new Subaru Ascent. Everything went well from preorder to follow up and receiving the new car. Wish we would have known the rate beforehand. Day we came in to pick up our car rate was higher than bank. Was told when car was preordered that they would most likely get a lower rate, but rate was almost 1% higher than bank rate. Had to go to our bank the next day to get a loan through them.

Engine replaced in my 2012 Forester I always felt a loyalty to Subaru and Cliff Wall. Now I know I am a life-long customer! They diagnosed a serious problem and went out of their way to resolve it, quickly and affordably. I am over the moon happy with John, Rob and the entire service department.
