In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Routine Service Visit I had an appointment to have the first 6 month service done on our 2018 Forester. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival, asked if we wanted the car washed (we did),signed the service order, and was pointed to the waiting area. This service was cost free as it was covered under the 2 year maintenance free package we were given when we bought the car in Feb '18. Friendly, casual, timely The service center kept to my appointment time, let me know the approximate cost upfront, and no surprises were had! Overall an excellent first time visit!
AWESOME service and in the knick of time We had to go out of state and we needed to get the car in for its 30k service and John was able to fit us in before noon on the day we had to leave. I highly recommend working with John...this is NOT to say the other service people will not work with you m they will...just that we have worked with John for so ling that we have a good repore with him.
Wow!! Hadn't been in the waiting area since its upgrade. I was amazed! It was always comfortable, but now it's more open and spacious. The service itself, as always, was superb. (And thanks to Mike Destiche, who emailed me to let me know that I was overdue for the oil change.)
Fast and Friendly Service I usually wait while my car is being serviced so I really like the nice customer waiting area with drinks, snacks and reading materials. The complimentary car wash is always nice too!
Excellent 5 stars Everyone was helpful in every way and every aspect to get me into ownership of the exact vehicle I wanted, a black 2017 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. From communication to trade-in to financing, the employees at the dealership made It all work out. I'm so happy!
Very friendly service was given to me. The service was very good. I am very satisfied. John always goes out of his way to take care of me in a very friendly way.
Quick replacement of a door gaurd. The main thing is that everything worked as planned. The necessary parts were there. The time estimate of 30 minutes to an hour was accurate. The work was completed in 45 minutes. The replacement looks good. The people in the dealership were friendly while we waited. Overall, a good experience.
Wonderful Customer service! We had a bad experience with a dealership in Appleton, and ended up returning the vehicle. We made a phone call to Cliff Wall and within minutes, Megan found the exact car we were looking for in the exact color we wanted. A dealer swap was necessary, and they worked with us to make it happen. Megan kept us updated on the progress almost daily. I would highly recommend Cliff Wall and will most definitely return! It is a smaller dealership where customer service is priority.
