Only Subaru dealer in town If you're getting Subaru warranty or Subaru specific service this dealer is your only choice. The mechanics and parts staff are great, but actual SERVICE? A dealership charges an arm and a leg because you should be getting amazing service. Had an oil change and a trailer hitch added. Two visits and both times I felt as if I was making their life difficult. Both times the car was returned to me in the exact condition I had left it, no improvement. Rob is a great service coordinator. We have been coming to Cliff Wall for the past 7 years. The service department staff, mainly Rob have always been helpful and courteous. Appointments are easy to get and work is always done correctly and timely. Keep up the great work.
Nice dealership, but keep a watchful eye My wife and I leased a new Mitsubishi from Cliff Wall in 2016. During these last 3 years, Technician Larry has been superb, excellent technician who won’t stop until vehicle is 100% right. Service Manager Mike made great efforts in solving problems with the original Toyo tires. I commend Mike for that, and he matched local quotes when it came time to replace my tires with Goodyear tires. All great. However, the service department fell down when installing my new tires. Very informative.
