In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Good recommendations and repairs done well. Stopped in early without an appointment to see about a "check engine" light and get an oil change. Rob looked up records on my 2011 Forester and found an air bag recall had just recently been issued. They were able to get that warranty work done as well as troubleshoot and fix the "check engine" (spark plug replacement was recommended) as well as do the oil change, rotate tires and complete safety checks - and the car was nicely washed - all that same day. Friendly, non-aggressive attention to customers. From our first contact with a representative to the helpful explanations of the primary salesperson (Mike Nett), we were given just the right amount of attention and a lot of helpful information. Once we decided to make a purchase, the.business managers were also very helpful—low key but very informative—actually quite entertaining. It was our first experience with a Subaru dealer and I’d definitely recommend Cliff Wall.

New brand of car, new dealer. The staff at Cliff Wall was helpful going through the process of ordering and purchasing my new car. They were knowledgeable and patient answering questions I had. Service done right the first time I always have a high level of confidence when I take my wife’s Subaru to Cliff Wall for service work. They are thorough and always complete the work correctly the first time, which is important to me since I drive down from Door County. Keep up the good work & thanks for the free car wash too!

Oil change & estimate Was very pleased with the professional and friendly service. Very happy with the oil change and the estimate for future repair. Was made aware of a recall that I had no knowledge of.

Genuine and Speedy Had a lower ball joint issue, brought it in unannounced. Mike Destiche was awesome, superb customer service. Took care of me right away. I am pretty wary of dealerships and try to do all my repairs myself. However, if I need to bring it to a dealership, this is a solid place to go.

New Subaru Family We were very well taken care from the minute we walked in until we were driving away in our new Subaru. We were very impressed by the knowledge of the sales manager and sales person we worked with. We appreciate how everything was throughly explained. We never felt pressured and they were willing to help accommodate our budget. Everyone was very friendly and made it an enjoyable experience.
