Service Mike was very friendly and professional and got me in and out very quickly. He followed up as he promised and did so in a very timely manner.
Careful and Kind I came in for an oil change and the technician took the time to do a full inspection. He found my wipers were needing replacing and a nail in my tire. I so appreciate that Cliff Wall finds and fixes everything to keep my car in tip top shape.
oil change + Oil change and help syncing new phone; it took awhile as something wasn't immediately "clicking". Battery went dead having the electronics on for twenty minutes, dealership was happy to replace original 2017 battery with a new improved battery, Thank you!
Corrected error Accidently left off oil cap during routine service. Towed car back to shop and cleaned engine. Mistakes can happen and it was nice they went out of their way to correct it.
Recall Repairs Cliff Wall performed repairs on my Mazda 6 due to a air bag recall. They were very helpful, making the repair in less than an hour and even performed a free vehicle inspection.Great customer service and friendly staff.
Great service as always Brought the car in because the TPM indicator was on. I thought they'd just put some air in and that would be that. But John discovered that I had two tires with screws in them. Both tires were repaired in a timely manner for a very reasonable cost. Jim and Bill,the shuttle guys were also very nice.
Friendly & showing a confidence of service He suggested we swap out battery for a larger one. While doing this they also checked some maintenance items. We will return for an oil change after 36,000.mi.
