Oil change and tire rotation I've always had good service, but this time when I got home I had oil leak on garage floor from spillage in the plastic cowling underneath. My tires were rotated front to back but no one changed that air pressure in the tires. My front tires are suppose to have 35 and the rear 33 according to the manual. But I check when I got home and they were 35 in back and 33 in front. My inspection sheet said it had 35 front and 33 rear. I will go back, never had a problem before. Like the place.
Great Experience at Cliff Wall Hello, just wanted to send a quick note of praise about Cliff Wall Subaru, and our Salesperson Robin Rose. We just purchased our 2nd subaru a 2019 Ascent Touring through Robin, and I have to say it was our best experience yet. First time I purchased a car with no funny business and pricing was exactly correct in the F&I office. That was an amazing stress free quick purchase. Great Fast service , Oil change, Tire rotation, warranty recalls and Car wash, all done in about an hour. John went through the paper work and every =thing checked out.

Efficient Oil change was completed efficiently. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that even though I called two weeks in advance I could not schedule the service on the day that worked best in my schedule.

Efficient and complete Completed oil change, tire rotation and balancing, brake inspection and car wash within an hour. Rob reviewed all the results with me and everything looked fine.

Shocked! Checked the car all over. Free oil change under warranty. Answered my questions about the mystery "fan" sound near the gas tank when the car engine is off. Replaced both the front and back windshield wipers under warranty. Pleasantly rescheduled our appointments several times due to our request!
Air bag warranty Friendy courteous staff and the work was done well in a timely manner ..They made sure I was able to get where I wanted to go that day and were willing to adjust a repair that a different body shop had done poorly

Very professional and friendly I bought my Subaru in 2012 and have had it serviced at Cliff Wall ever since. I’ve been treated well and have no reason to change now. When it’s time to buy a new car I will definitely go back to Cliff Wall
