Fixing a recall item The recall item was replaced.The car is running smoothly. I have had no problems. The replacement took place before any disaster struck. Everything is fine.

Subpar Service We selected Cliff Wall when purchasing a new vehicle, as we wanted to support a dealership outside of Bergstrom. We couldn't be more disappointed in the service we have received on our vehicle. Since purchasing it, we have had to return the car to Cliff Wall TWICE after having service done because of their errors. The first time the mechanic failed to reinstall the air filter correctly, resulting in an unfiltered intake leak. Ladies, you will be ignored! I purchased a new Subaru Outback in April 2018. Every time I have returned for scheduled maintenance, I was ignored by every male staff person. The only service center employee who even said, "Hi" and offered to help me was the only female staff in the service center. A female friend went to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle (with cash), the male salesperson treated her very poorly. She was so disrespected, she left and paid cash for a new Jeep Cherokee. I would say good but not Great The sales person Robin did a great job in us getting this used car. had a few questions about the car that she could not answer. I get it that this was not the make of the car they sell but it was on their lot to sell and they could not even answer the easy question if it had remote start all I had to do was look at the keys and said oh it does have remote start.???? started to come up do they know any thing about this car and then when I had made the time out with sales person she was not even... read more

Great Experience! We recently purchased our first Subaru and were very pleased with the whole experience! Our sales person Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback that we were interested in purchasing. All staff through the purchasing process were very knowledgeable and it was very nice to have the opportunity to meet the owner Cliff Wall. We highly recommend Cliff Wall Subaru!
