In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. Oil Change I went in for an oil change and asked if they could also check the brakes, even though it was not on their schedule to do so. They did check the brakes and were able to explain in plane English what I was hearing and they assured me that my brakes were good. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and had lots of snack and drink options for free.
Warranty Service Rob was very professional, kept me updated and and called for permission to remove some non factory wiring I had installed that interfered with the dash removal.
We came, we saw, we bought, we left, and that's a good thing Our buying experience went very smoothly with the help of our salesperson Greg Smith. I got the car I wanted even though it had to come from another dealer and even that happened without a hitch. I have purchased several cars from the Cliff Wall dealership and have always been happy with the service and the staff involved in the process.
Stolen items off my car. Where do I start? I brought my 2013 BRZ in for the valve spring recall at the beginning of this year. About 1,600 miles after they replaced the valve springs I spun a bearing. This appears to be a common issue after the recall due to either the RTV from the timing cover being scraped off and falling into the oil pan or applying to much RTV to the timing cover during installation and plugging up the oil pick up causing oil starvation. Excellent service and staff 🤗 Very welcome yet professional! Routine maintenance and a recall service. Rotated tires and wash car complementary! What other dealership accommodates in that way. Way to go cliff wall Subaru Green Bay!
dead battery Good customer service. Great information so that the same issue does not happen again. Maybe they could have mentioned what the issue could have been, would have saved the trip.
Replace headlight bulb The staff was energetic and fun to work with, love Cliff Wall...they even asked if I would like a no charge car wash. Great service, great experience
Great Service, AGAIN The service writer Rob, and service manager Mike took care of a problem that required them to contact Subaru and provide follow up and a loaner. They accommodated a scheduling need I had, and resolved the car issue perfectly. I also had a oil service, and they provided a wash. Thanks again.
Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly Mark seemed very knowledgeable about the line of subarus and met all of our needs. Nicholas was great in the finance dept he got us a great rate on our loan also.
