Recall I needed a recall updated, arrived a little early. Service was very timely and my car was washed after. Everybody was very friendly and offered help.
Technician Damaged Interior Electronic Components I dropped my car off at Cliff Wall Subaru in Green Bay, WI for recall work (Passenger Airbag Recall.) Upon picking up my car I noticed that my GPS (aftermarket Garmin) and DashCAM (also aftermarket) did not turn on. I had these items hardwired to ignition switched 12v. After getting home I started troubleshooting the problem and found that my 12V outlet in the console was unplgged (No idea why, shouldn't have been needed for the passenger airbag work. Amateur mistake leads to Professional Help My husband accidentally drained the transmission fluid from my Forester when he meant to drain the oil. I called Cliff Wall and was told that it happened quite often. I wasn't in a hurry but they were able to get to my vehicle the next day. In addition, I had an appt in June to get my brake lamp switch fixed, due to a recall earlier this year. They went ahead and took care of that while they had my vehicle. It was a very nice surprise - excellent service!
On Time/Professional Service The service on my vehicle was done on time. Everyone I dealt with had a polite as professional manner. Thank you so very, very much!
Friendly staff Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very patient and answered our questions. Only downside of experience what that I made an online inquiry, said I would be contacted but never was. Because of this, I went to dealership. I was expecting a email or call but it never came. Follow through is important but luckily the rest of the staff we encountered did follow through.
Highly Recommended Everyone at Cliff Wall was friendly and professional and the process of purchasing my vehicle went so smooth. All the paperwork was explained and any questions were answered to my satisfaction. The sales person took the time to explain what each button, light, bell meant. The last time I bought a car was 15 years ago and a lot has changed.
Amazing service From start to finish the staff was absolutely amazing. Special shout out to Mike Nett. Due to my working some pretty insane overtime that particular week. He stayed past closing to help get things completed. Considering I needed the car quickly because my old one had broken down, I really appreciated them going above and beyond to help me out. Very Proffesional I chose this dealership due the great service I received on previous vehicle that I have purchased from them. I researched a lot of potential new cars and Mitsubishi was ranked very high by Consumer Report. The Sales person was pleasant and not pushy on selling me a vehicle. I believe that we found an agreeable price for the new vehicle with a trade in. The Salesman was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in.
Quick, dependable service Took my 2017 Outback in because of Subaru's recall for updating the Miles to Empty software. As expected, Cliff Wall's staff was helpful and friendly while performing the work quickly. I'm always satisfied with the service I get from them.
