Oil change I had my 6000 mile oil change and tire rotation, but they forgot to do the touch up we talked about. will be back at 1200 miles

Customer Focused I chose to buy my Subaru from Cliff Wall because they listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted in a short amount of time. The process was pretty quick compared to other dealerships. I would recommend them because they listen to the customer and are time efficient.

Service Had a noise come from under my car, thought the transmission was making noise. It was just a loos heat sheld on the exhaust, guys fixed it right up and inspected the car informed of other thing that would need to be fixed by them or by my other shop closer to me
impressive My first visit at Cliff Wall Mazda. I was scheduled for 1hr Mazda recall service and I asked for a loaner car for some errands. They provided me with late model loaner immediately. When I returned to Cliff Wall an hr later, my CX5 was ready and waiting for me. I was definitely impressed with their service!
Subuaru Forester Had a great experience purchasing our new subuaru. Everybody that we worked with was very friendly and helpful! Mike Nett was the sales person we worked with. He was great to work with and helped is find a vehicle that we love!
Good recall service I schedule ahead because they had many airbag recalls this summer. Even though the had a lot of vehicles they took time with me and my service was done sooner than estimated.
