My mom had her first appointment with her primary physician, and the experience was excellent. From the reception to the consultation, the entire staff was kind and professional. The doctor took the time to listen, ask questions, and explain every detail about my mom health clearly.

Great experience, as always
Was in search of a new provider and hoping to have a good experience. Made an appointment for an annual visit which took several hours. Arrived to my appointment early only to wait in the lobby for close to two hours. Finally called given a room only to wait another hour. Was in of a medication refill, never received my prescriptions after multiple calls and attempts. Beyond disappointed. Will have to find yet another provider
Dear C. MillsI read your review of Dr. Gordon and felt it important to respond. Dr. Gordon has been my daughter’s doctor for 15 years. My daughter is 35 years old, has cerebral palsy, and is non-verbal. I understand the frustration of waiting, but Dr. Gordon’s care is exceptional, and that’s why she’s in such high demand. She is always available, takes her time, explains things clearly, and has the respect of her peers. Dr.Gordon goes above and way Beyond for her patient community. She constant reminds them that life is beautiful and routinely goes out of her way to make them feel that way. Couldn't ask for much more!
I’m only giving one star because it will not let me give a zero. I would not recommend Dr. Gordon-Pusey to anyone. Even with a scheduled appointment, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. This has occurred on more than one occasion. It’s clear they have no respect for their patients' time, as I was left sitting for over 4 hours, finishing after 9:00 pm.
