Panic Reliever – Christian Bros saved the day on a SUNDAY! I manage a commercial property and I got a call from one of my tenants on SAT 8pm that the AC was not working. He told me he had a class the next afternoon in the leased space. I quickly got on the computer to see who would work on SUNDAYS. Christian Bros. returned my call within 5 mins and scheduled for a Tech to be there Sunday at 9 am. The job was done and all was happy. Cooled My House After Another AC Company Left Us Hot – Yesterday we called another AC company that came out and looked at our unit, but couldn't do anything that day and left us without AC and told us they couldn't do anything until Monday at the earliest. We called Christian Brothers this morning (Saturday) and they came out within two hours of us calling them. Austin's Best Air Conditioning Service! – Our home central air conditioner stopped working one day. We called our home warranty company to let them know that it was broken. They put in a request for it to be fixed but unfortunately they get to choose which company gets to come to your home to do the service. The warranty company chose Jones Ac Service. Great Service – I called in the morning and the technician came out the same day. Adam quickly diagnosed the problem, showed us what caused it, and made the repair. This was my first experience with Christian Brothers, but I will definitely call them again if I need service. I recommend them highly.
Vic and Alan are the best! – I had a weird problem where my A/C was leaking water through my ceiling. I had to put a bucket in the attic to collect the water! Alan with Christian Brothers was able to determine that I was missing a needed part that a shady--is the best word to describe them--A/C company threw out when replacing my evaporator coil (through a home warranty company). GREAT SERVICEMAN & COMPANY – I WAS SO GLAD TO SEE ADAM DOBIE COME TO MY DOOR! WHAT A GREAT TECH.! FIRE ANTS KILLED MY CONTACTS. HE FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEN HE FOUND A HUGE RED WASP NEST, INSIDE MY UNIT. HE FIXED THEM, TOO! WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.
Great Service and Wonderful Staff – I cannot say enough about the folks at Christian Brothers AC. Rolando was my on-site tech and Marissa (the office manager) worked with me for several days, sometimes at 7 in the morning and other times at 6:30 pm. She was always available. Long story short, AC stopped blowing cool air. Called a local AC repair company and got a quote for a new evaporator coil (it was leaking freon). Fast, Friendly, and Affordable – Robert Morales arrived less than 2 hours after I first called and less than halfway through the 4-hour time window they gave me on the phone. He was friendly and patient with my toddler, who wanted to watch him work. He was quick, thorough, and informative, and gave me tips to prevent the problem from recurring.
