Best service ever! – I read the reviews, was impressed, called, scheduled an appointmeny and requested Robert Morales based on the reviews. He came and was not only knowledgeable and friendly but gave me helpful tips to save me money in the future. I feel I was treated like he would treat a family member. He was extremely hard working, fast and explained everything. I've never written a review before but he deserves all the praise and is worth the effort of taking the time to write. Thanks!
Excellent service – Today I came into work and my A/C unit went on the blink. I was able to get a same day service call with Christian Brothers. The technician, Robert Morales, was knowledgable, competent, a fast, hard worker, and quickly assessed the problem with my unit. He explained the reasons for malfunction of the A/C, showed me the parts that needed replacing, and thoroughly explained pricing before intitiating the repair. Exactly what I needed – Robert came to my house for an A/C checkup on time and was friendly, professional, and courteous. He completed a thorough inspection of my system while explaining the details. He also demonstrated simple steps that I should do to maintain my system. Overall I think this company values its customers. I will definately use them again when needed.
Never even called me back! – I went and checked reviews for Christian Brothers and they were excellent, so I decided to give them a call to have them do an estimate on replacing my AC unit. Excellent service – I had a complete A/C replacement installed by Christian Brothers and am very satisfied with the results. Adam from sales was friendly, explained my options in detail and answered all of my questions in layman's terms. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule, despite occasional rain showers that day. Excellent amd Prompt Service – Our A/C quit working the night before. My wife called the next morning and Robert Morales was at our house a noon that same day. Robert was couteous, fast, and thorough in identifying the problem and explaining the relatively inexpensive solution to both me and my wife. He fixed it! Prompt, Professional, Thorough – I called for an appointment and was able to get someone out the next day even though we are at the beginning of the busy season. Customer service does exist. – I recently had a complete A/C installation to replace a 14-year-old system that had met its end. Outstanding Service and Products – This is our 2nd AC/Heating system that Christian Brothers has installed for us. They have done an exceptional job both times. They are extremely thorough and hard-working. They also provided weatherization services (sealing air ducts, installing solar screens adding new weatherstripping to doors, and sealing all plumbing areas inside the house. They are a great team and provide the best service in town.
