Great Service – This company was recommended by our previouse HVAC guy. Service was great. We got a price and they stuck to it. The serviceman said there was some incidental charges that may have applied but since he quoted a price he stuck to it. He did the work and made sure the unit worked. I really liked the way he analyzed the problem beforehand, gave recommendations but didn't do the hard sale to get more work than needed to our unit. I highly recommend them. Fabulous Air Conditioning & Heating Service – Christian Brothers installed our three air conditioning and heating units and we have maintained a service contract with them. Robert Morales is our service techician. He is friendly, professional, and thorough and he explains what he has done. We are very pleased with this business and definitely recommend them!

I trust these guys! – I just want to share that Christian Brothers AC installed a top notch energy-efficient AC for my home. Robert, my maintenance engineer, does a fantastic job of keeping everything nice and clean, looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend these guys.

One of the great rewards of a new high efficient HVAC system intalled by Christian Brothers is seeing the energy bills reduce. Also our customers can't believe the transformation from their old dirty system to a newly installed system. We issue a lot of no cost estimates to replace equipment in the Austin area due to the concerns about high energy bills.
Not a good experience – I called these people based on the five star reviews. Please know that not everyone has a five star experience. Communication was extremely bad, pricing changed with every communication, their repair did not correct the problem.

Expensive Service Call – I used Christian Brothers for a new AC unit in last year so I thought I would try them for a service call on my furnace as my heat went out last night. They were good at calling me back, setting up the appointment, and showing up on time. But don't be surprised when an Ignitor can cost you $290 to repair! Great Service – I had a problem with my heat pump after it failed to turn on. Miguel showed up within a short time after I called. He found and fixed the problem quickly. He did a thorough check of our system, replaced a worn part and answered all of my questions. Everything is working fine again. Thanks for the great service.
