Former Technician, still recommends company. – I used to work for Christian Brothers. I moved on to commercial air conditioning work last fall, a lateral career move so to speak. I still recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who needs AC service or replacement. Why? Not because they're perfect, no they're only human. Because of the way they act when something goes wrong. They take care of the customer.
Sweltering and very dissappointed. – I chose Christian Brothers AC after another technician tried three times and failed to fix out problem. They said they would be out an noon the following day (18 hours). I am pregnant and I work from home, so I was baking and waiting eagerly. At 11:30 I called to confirm, and they told me it'd be 3:00-5:00 before they arrived. great job on a holiday weekend – My a/c went out on Friday night, and after calling other places who couldn't get me on the schedule until Tuesday, I called CB and they sent Robert over that morning. He knew what was wrong immediately, fixed it, was courteous, and done in 30 minutes. I was glad to have the a/c working because it was over 100 today. Great job!
Thanks Marissa and Fran! – Thanks very much to Marissa and Fran for their hard work in repairing a blown compressor during this humid weekend in Austin. They were outstanding and extremely prompt in coordinating technicians, locating the correct part and arranging ASAP delivery, along with working out warranty issues. People tend to get understandably harried in Texas summers, and they were both prompt and gracious. Moreover, they were honest about delivery expectations and pushed hard to accommodate concerns. Thank you!
Horrible, dont use – Not sure how to give zero stars. I dont understand how their rating is good, unless its their employees writing those reviews. Strongly dont advise using!!!

Great Experience - Highly recommend – I don't write reviews often but these folks deserve a great one. My daughter recently bought an older condo in Austin that needed new furnace/AC and water heater. Don't Use these Guys! – I'm not sure how this company maintains high user ratings, but my experience with them has been ridiculous. The heater in my condo stopped generating heat and would not power on. Christian Brothers spent the minimal amount of time diagnosing the problem and then sold me an overpriced thermostat which was only part of the problem.
