Called Church Services about heating issue. They arrived in a couple hours Virgle got started and found the issue quickly. turned out to be a builder warranty problem. He was honest knowledgeable and courteous .There was no service charge. Will call them again.
Church services repaired my furnace with the correct parts on the same day with professional, courteous service. I had been told the day before that I needed a new PC board by another service. That service also said they weren't sure if it was the $700 PC board, or the gas valve. Churches diagnosed the problem quickly, and accurately and saved me over $700. Thank you!
Church Services worked very efficiently and performed the work as provided in the job estimate. Would definitely use them again for A/C work.

We had a horrible morning of two backed up toilets and raw sewage in the bath tubs. Under our home warranty program, we called two other plumbing company's- one closed on Saturday and the other saying he wouldn't come out to our location. The warranty company said go ahead a call your choice of plumber and we'll reimburse you. Our realtor recommended Church Services. Al Fischer visited us this morning to check out our heating and air conditioning. I usually do not write reviews, because if we pay for something it should deliver as advertised. I am a General Manager for the La Quinta San Marcos. I have called on them many times to repair plumbing issues with the hotel. James is our regular guy and he always tell me exactly what the problem is and is very fair about fixing it. I will only call on them from now on. My a/c fan on the compressor stopped working around midnight in Sept (avg high 100+ degrees). I called Church the next morning and they had a repair guy (Al Fischer) out within 2 hours. VERY professional and polite. The guy reminded me of Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs. At first we thought it was the fan motor ($500+ for the repair) but found that it was the capacitor that was replaced last year (by me). I have had an AC maintenance contract with Christian Brothers for 7 years and also with the plumbing division when that was offered. All the people I have worked with have been very nice. The techs and office staff are very friendly and the techs are accommodating and very skilled. There is, however, a serious problem with the schedulers.
