I'm happy – They didn't push me for the contract (some of the other contractors called a few too many times during the bid process). The equipment was installed in my time frame. The contract was honored even though they had to eat some extra cost. There was a bit of a delay with the subcontracted weatherization but it was quickly taken care of once I brought it to their attention. The equipment appears to running smoothly and efficiently. Excellent, excellent experience – Adam Turnipseed and Robert at Christian Brothers Air Conditioning 476-6800 took amazingly good care of us. We'll use them every time. The air conditioner went out this morning, they came within an hour of my calling them. Robert, the first guy from Christian Bro that came out, was friendly, respectful, and explained what he was doing as he worked. Coolest company in town – Last week I started noticing that my Air conditioner wasn't running at it's full potential. Went the extra mile... – Adam, Mike, Julio and Marissa made the purchase and installation very smooth. Adam answered my multiple calls with product questions during my comparison shopping. Mike and Julio were professional during the install and made sure the nick on the wall (new return ducts) got painted. The extra mile was coming out after hours a week later to check the 2nd unit (not part of the original work) when it started to act up and get it running by the next morning. Hard working AC contractors – The crew was great, ran into a couple of bumps - none of their own making - and worked through them staying at it until the unit was operating. The guys were nice, helpful and didn't leave a scrap of waste inside or outside the house when it was done. Very professional.
The Best Service and most professional staff in Austin – Ryan Davis is the guy to ask for when you are looking for the best service, quickest response time and an affordable solution. What a wonderful surprise to work with this company and develop an ongoing relationship. I was telephoned and reminded of an upcoming maintenance agreement that subsequently saved me a large expenditure. They are the best!
Excellent HVAC service! – When I called, the people I spoke to on the phone were polite and professional. Ryan, the technician who came out was also friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was also on time. He took the time to explain the problem and what he would do to fix it as well as alternatives. There was no pressure or hard sell. The price was fair and reasonable.
