Good company – I needed a new A/C and duct work. I choose Christian Brothers after reading their reviews and meeting with Adam Turnipseed to get an estimate for the work. Additionally, I took advantage of the city rebate program for weatherization, etc. so I could do everything at once. Quick and accurate AC diagnostic – A/C compressor stopped working. Withing 2 hours, a technician, Robert, arrived. He correctly assessed the problem within the first 5 minutes and then explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand. He also described how the parts of the A/C system interact in a clear and concise way. All this happened within 15 minutes. We have A/C again. Thanks.
Outstanding HVAC Experts – We are extremley pleased with the professional and knowledgeable service we received from Christian Brothers regarding maintenance of our HVAC system. The technician installed a float value that protects us from water that may be develop by our system while in operation and could have caused thousands of dollars in repairs. Our previous HVAC never recommended a float valve. We signed up for Christain Brothers maintenance program based on their outstanding service today!
Great Service – Robert has serviced my system twice now. He recommends ways to save money without spending money - makes recommendations on what needs to be done and rates the urgency and necessity. He has built trust and he is respectful of my time and my home - he acts in a way which shows he both cares about his customers; the job he is doing and that he enjoys his job - great enthusiasm. He has developed and earnt my loyalty.
Christian Brothers is the best! – We just had an energy efficient A/C and heat pump installed.
