He was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made the whole process very smooth without a hitch. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He communicated well, was always positive, and made this process easy for us with all the behind the scenes work. I would definitely recommend this realtor for anyone looking to buy or sell.

Went up and above and out of his way, to find us our new home! Would highly recommend him! ! He showed us numerous homes,didn't matter wherever we wanted to look, he was on it and made it happen. Closed on our new home 2/22. He was so happy we liked it! Very personable...and we feel we gained a great friend in the process. If your looking for a realtor, I would suggest contacting him. Jonathan is a great guy to work with! Always goes above and beyond what is expected. Very enthusiastic and focused on what you are looking for. We looked at a lot of houses and never felt like we were asking for too much- he was always ready to show us the next one. (or two ,or three) Very knowledgeable also well about the construction of the houses as well as their respective neighborhoods. It was a chance meeting that I had with Jonathan, but an unforgettable experience. After randomly looking at a house that was not a good fit for me Jonathan asked if he could start looking for a property for me.
