Nick has helped me purchase 20+ rental properties in Peoria and he has to be the best realtor in the state of Illinois hands down. I have worked with many, many, many great realtors around Chicago, Oklahoma and Arkansas but Nick has to be the at very top of the list by a HUGE margin. Christine Schauble was Awesome!!!!!She work hard to to find the best home, at the best price for me and my family. She cares about the person. She found us a variety of homes at fitted what we needed. After finding the first home we wanted, we ran into a problem with my VA loan. I would definitely recommend Jonathan McClallen he is very fast setting up showings, and was flexible working with our schedule. When looking at houses he would point out important issues with them in addition to letting us know if the house was worth asking price. He was also a pleasure to work with making it actually fun. When we found our home he got the job done, closing was a breeze.

We viewed homes with the Schauble team until we felt we were misled by their agent. We were told by a Schauble agent that the home we were looking at was going to be rented in the near future and that the listing agent of the home had wished he had accepted an offer of X amount that someone offered in the past. I happened to contact the listing agent only to learn that no one was to be renting the home and the listing agent (who was also the home's owner) had NEVER turned down an offer of X amount.
