I can't say enough great things about Jonathan. My wife and I had a very unique situation where we were set on a purchase (under contract) in Peoria, IL and had to back out and refocus on the Bloomington/Normal area. Between that and the fact that we have to look at EVERY house to be sure, Jonathan showed us at least 50 houses. Steve was great and really helped my girlfriend and I! I cannot recommend him enough and we're using him to sell our old home as well. His contracting experience really helped us identify potential problems or concerns in homes we were looking at and allowed us to make the right decision!

They helped me with the short sell of my property, my mother was on the mortgage, and we live in too separate states. they were very patient with my mother. We were eventually able to sell and move on.

Jonathan and the Schauble team were wonderful. Jonathan McClallen was our Realtor and from the very beginning he was knowledgeable and not pushy. He responded everytime we needed his assistance. It was a very good experience because my brother is hearing impaired and Jonathan and his team were so patient and easy to talk with. My brother John and I were very pleased with our experience.
