This man is incredible at what he does. Anything we needed or asked, he was on-point; if he didn't have an answer, he immediately found someone who did. He never tried to hide or gloss over any flaws we found in any the properties he showed us, and he genuinely shared our enthusiasm for the ones we did like. He's always a professional, yet he's he's never boring! He did everything possible to make sure we were happy and extended that to everyone involved in this sale.

John was so wonderful to work with. He was very quick to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot!). He was thorough and kindly kept us on track when my husband and I were so scattered because of our travel schedules. John has a calm demeanor that is so refreshing to work with in this hurried world. Steve did a great job helping us (first time home buyers) find our dream home. We had a very specific set of criteria, and he was patient with us through the process and through closing day. He has technical knowledge about houses and construction which was very helpful in trying to guess how much repairs down the road would cost. The entire Schauble team was very helpful, personable, and responsive through the whole process. They made recommendations about improvements and repairs that would help our property show to the best advantage and also recommended qualified contractors who could complete the work in a timely manner. We were first time home buyers, and Nick was always very patient with all our questions and always prompt in response. He was always available to us based on our availability. Highly recommend. He took us through each step of the buying process, and prevented a lot of stress by doing so as this was our first time doing this. Knowledgeable on houses and what to look for when viewing homes as well.

Nick Schauble has done an incredible job helping my parents find a home near Bradley University!
