My fiancee and I bought our first home with Steve as our realtor. He was absolutely awesome to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the homes, and with his construction background could easily point out issues and potential remedy's with houses. The whole Schauble team was exceptionally kind and made sure we understood everything along the process. I'd highly recommend them when you're looking for a house.

Steve was our daughters agent six months prior to our move to Peoria so we originally met him while looking at homes with her. We were so impressed with the time and energy he invested in her home search, he was our first choice when we decided to move from Minnesota to Illinois to be closer to our grandchildren. Steve is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He is also a builder and has construction knowledge that was invaluable to me as we looked at over 20 homes. He was able to spot problem areas and gave excellant advice. The home I bought is 95 years old and in great shape. thank you Steve
