We listed our home during difficult times (pandemic and downturn in the economy), yet Nick sold our house in 6 days at a fair price. We were kept informed throughout the process. There was a high level of professionalism from Nick and his group. I would highly recommend Nick to friends in need of a realtor.

Amazingly helpful ! Steve’s experience with construction was invaluable in the process of looking at homes. Steve was super friendly & personable, he put my husband and I at ease with the whole process and and we never felt bad about asking our endless questions and negotiating from out of state. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Down to earth Realtor. Doesn't sugar coat or allow money to get in the way of your interests of buying a house. Had some situations during the process, Steve was right there helping to assess the problems; whether on my end, or the sellers end he seemed to be for the buyer and gave honest opinions. Would recommend, and would also buy a house with him again

The Schauble Team were very professional. When I was looking for property or a house, Steve Schauble, the realtor, was attentive, but never aggressive. As a first time purchaser, he was knowledgeable and available. Nick Schauble, the transaction coordinator, kept me up-to-date and was available to answer any questions that I had.
