Steve showed us three house in the area and was very knowledge about each one. When we decided on the house that was best for our family he was there every step of the way. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end

Steve was very knowledgeable about every question that I had. When a problem occurred he talked to me in regards to the issue and handle it in a quick manner. He is professional and personable. Steve is an amazing realtor. He worked so hard to find us the perfect house! He walked us through the buying/selling process with ease, and was there for us if we had any questions, any time of day. He was so thoughtful and paid attention to the details. I highly recommend Steve!

Christine and the Schauble Team were phenomenal throughout our home purchasing process. Communication was top-notch, and we were able to close on our new home, having searched remotely and only looked in person for a couple days. We will definitely use the Schauble Team again!

Christine and her team are the BEST to work with! My fiancé and I were looking to buy a home and were not from the area. Christine worked to get us as much information on the area, houses and community. When we were finally able to travel to Peoria, Christine showed us around and made sure we were completely comfortable with the house we purchased. Nick was always prompt with getting me the information that I needed. He really knows the area well and was excellent in helping me find the exact house that I was looking for. I never felt like I was being rushed, but always felt like he was hustling to find me what I was looking for.
