Nick is great with the details of selling a home and with communicating those details and the status of your effort. He is prompt to respond to questions, honest with how to price your home, and very knowledgeable of the market. Nick helped me sell my mom's home ... in less than a week! He managed the sale through the COVID-19 shutdown flawlessly. We plan to contact him again when it's time to sell our own home and find a new one.
When we first got our offer I was disappointed with how low it was. I was entertaining the idea of not even responding. However Christine went to bat for us and worked with the other realtor and we waled away with an offer that we could live with. She went above and beyond!!! Thanks Christine!
I would recommend Nick to anyone! He is nice and quick to respond! Nick, found me the perfect house, with the perfect price to go ago with it. He checked all the boxes that i asked for! I felt like i was in the best hands with Nick! He did not let us down!
He has been the best realtor I've talked to. He was the most patient and cared the most about me and my family. He was honest and thorough. Kept me informed throughout the entire process and was quick to get answers that I needed. I could not have hoped for a better realtor.
Overall great experience. He keeps good communication throughout the entire process. My house needed some repairs, and he was quick to get several estimates for each item. He really does go above and beyond. Not only that, but their entire family is involved in making the entire process very smooth and efficient.
Lindsey was amazing! Always there when we needed her.She was very flexible with her time and understood our needs and whwt we were looking for. We had a wonderful experience with her!
Steve was very knowledgeable and made my home buying process go very smoothly. He found me a house and a lender. He kept me up to date and was very prompt answering any and all of my questions. I will definitely be recommending Steve!!!! He was awesome!!!!
Steve was a great realtor! I was a first time home buyer and he helped me figure everything out that I needed to know. He has a lot of knowledge about homes and how they are built since he spent so long building them himself which I found very helpful. He really cares a lot and isn’t just a sales person. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to all my friends who ask!!!
Jackson was great to work with. He was always available to answer any questions we had and did everything he could to make our buying process a breeze. We were never left wondering what our next steps were because he constantly communicated that with us. He was very attentive, got back to us quickly, and just went above and behind.
