Christine Scahuble and her associate Lindsey Thomas were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. A single woman, I came from Florida to look at homes for sale, and Lindsey spent 3 days with me lining up homes, driving my mom and I around (it snowed and I had never driven in snow!), listening to my needs and wants and then finding homes that matched those. John did an excellent job helping us buy our current home. He was very polite and not pushy with us making any decisions. Steve was very knowledgeable about Peoria and the surrounding area. His building and construction background was exceptionally helpful in making sure we purchased a quality home with no major issues. Steve somehow cleared his calendar to always be available to show us properties. I'm the type that always second guesses on negotiation, and "hindsight is 20/20", so I consider 4 of 5 a good rating.

Honest and very nice to work with. He helped sell our house and found our forever home. We needed to find a home fast after we sold ours. Steve went door to door in the area we wanted to live asking if anyone wanted to sell. And that's how he found our forever home. The house was not on the market at the time. We highly recommend him!

Great person to deal with would recommend him to anyone. Love the home I got, alot better then one I lived in, very helpful. I will let other people know about him if they are buying a home.
