Great experience. He showed me several houses over a long period of time. He always made himself available. He even helped me out with an issue after I closed on the house.

Steve was very helpful during the whole process, and if he couldn't provide information or an answer to something at the time, he would make sure that he informed us later. He's funny, personable, and professional. He did his best to make sure that we were set on whatever we needed.

Austin and his team at Schauble are wonderful. They worked together to get me the greatest deal for my home. Austin was always available by text/phone/email and at any time and day of the week!! Austin pushed for everything I wanted and was successful in doing so. He made buying my first home EASY!! Amazing experience. Made the whole process simple and as stress free as possible for a first time home buyer. He knew my budget and never once tried to get me to spend more that what I was comfortable with. Steve was great at pointing out possible issues and problems with properties so I didn’t buy something I couldn’t handle on my own. Have already recommended him to friends looking to buy.

Amanda is the greatest realtor that my husband and I have ever experienced. She is not pushy and intimidating. She is very prompt with replies when contacting her on questions. She is so very honest and listens and goes well beyond the expected! If we were to buy another house, nobody else could fill her shoes and we most certainly would choose her as our realtor again and again! She is the greatest!

Amanda has made my experience of buuing my first home not only smooth but has changed my life as a home owner aslo as a person 5 stars all the way she was determined to exsplain every step so i could understand and made the agent and lender and buyer communications much easier ..

Great to work with, patient, knowledgeable, always responded right away. pointed out pros and cons of each home we looked at. His building experience is very helpful when watching for structural issues etc. Made my first-time home buying experience very easy!

This man-made buying a house so easy and smooth. I am unbelievably lucky and grateful that I got him as my realtor. He kept me up to date, warned me about how much my house will be worth in the future and I always felt like he had my back. 10/10 He was a great guy.
