Jonathan provided valuable insight information that I hadn't thought of when viewing homes. He was very prompt in responding to texts and emails. Always tried to work closely with my schedule when scheduling any process including my preferred closing date and time. I would not hesitate to use him again when buying or selling a home. He made the buying process as simple and enjoyable as possible for me.

The Entire Schauble team has been awesome, more importantly a Wonderous blessing to me. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to sell my home. Through this experience I have learned a lot! In my belief, it was God’s Will, and Devine purpose that we crossed paths. Thank you so much for ALL you’ve done for me. I Will highly recommend The Schauble Team, you WILL NOT REGRET it!! If you need a realtor to buy or sell your home, my family has and will send you to Steve Schauble. I usually avoid five star ratings, but because of our recent experience didn't for this review. Steve is very knowledgeable of the Peoria area, responsive, and demonstrated great negotiation skills (I was a contracting specialist for the government, so I have had some exposure to negotiation techniques and his skills are impressive). Steve was very easy to work with for the purchase of our lot. He was able to answer the questions we had about what potential type of home would work on the lot and how the process worked. He responded to inquiries very quickly and made the whole process very simple.

Nick helped me work to buy a VA foreclosure that the VA made a terrible experience, nonetheless Nick worked diligently so that we could close quickly and I did not have to do much. Will for sure work with him again in the future!
