From the very beginning Steve was incredible helpful for this first time home buyer. As i know little to nothing about homes or the construction of homes, he was able to communicate the good & bad things about every room in the 60 plus homes that were shown. He saved me tons of money by pointing out issues, potential issues & code violations.

Steve is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with!! He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. By taking his advise, my family has bought one house and sold two in a reasonable time frame and for the best price. He is a very good communicator and always kept me informed of activities with the properties. I will always use him for my real estate needs and recommend him to friends, family, patients. Nick was awesome... he was patient, available and was a great advocate for me as both a buyer and a seller... he was exceptionally knowledgeable and it shows through his work!! I would 100% without ANY hesitation recommend him to anyone in the process of buying/selling or both. I could not have gotten through it without him!!!!

Steve was very patient in helping me find a house. We could walk into a house and immediately walk back out and he would say ok on to the next! Very knowledgeable on what to look out for and always gave his honest opinion on the shape of a house.
