Very satisfied with the buying experience but Jonathan made it so much fun to be a part of. He was professional and funny. He kept us informed on every step of the process making sure that I understood all that was going on. He responded promptly with any questions I had. All in all he has been fantastic!

I was told by everybody who bought their home how stressful and nerve wrecking the experience can be. I kept waiting for it, but thanks to Nick and the care that he provided, I didn’t feel antsy until the closing experience... and that was due to excitement. Nick’s the guy when you’re looking for your new home!

My experience with Christine was beyond my expectations! Our house sold and we even got more than we were asking for! She always answered any questions I had! We had our house up for sale with a different realtor for 6 months with no offers! Christine got the job done for us! I would definitely recommend her to my friends!

Christine is great all around, she is highly knowledgeable and expert in her field. You just feel like she is part of your family, very caring, considerate, helpful person. We will also have Christine as our realtor as long as she is in the Central IL area.

Christine and her team consistently and vigilantly sold 8 rental houses in a very challenging market. She was able to find buyers for each of the houses and get reasonable prices under the circumstances. Her understanding of the residential real estate market in Peoria and her team's ability to find buyers has been remarkable. Above all, she is always very cheerful and personable, a wonderful person to work with.

Steve was amazing. He guided us through every step. This is our first home and as you can imagine we were clueless and intimidated.
