Nick Schauble went above and beyond as our Realtor. He realized he had a tough client in myself as I was looking for the elusive new home construction but on a townhouse budget. He ended up finding the diamond in the sea of houses, and helped us ride the wave to the end where we were able to close the deal with the deal maker!
Very professional and personable! He works with your schedule and is willing to drive wherever you want to show you a home. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about the homes he showed us and also made sure we found the perfect home! He was in full communication with us throughout the entire process giving is every little update as it came during the purchasing process.
Nick was great to work with. He was always there when we needed him and was very reliable during the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
He was awesome!! Knows alot about his job and does it well. He will definitely get the job done for anybody interested in using him. He is very quick at getting back to you and he won't lie to you about stuff and won't give you the runaround.
Christine is very personable and professional at the same time, like a really good friend you can trust to handle everything whether you already knew her or not.
