Brooke is very nice and helpful! She really got the process going and made everything super easy. She always answered any questions I had and let me know of any changes during the buying process. The whole Schauble team was there to help. Their negation skills paid off when they were able to get the seller to make a repair that they originally said they wouldn't fix. Brooke is very calm and laid back. She made the process very easy and fun!
Steve is very personable and knowledgeable. He helped us in many areas of finding us a home, and his input regarding any problems was invaluable. He was very responsive to any requests that we had. By the time we did the closing on "the exact home we asked him to find", we felt that he was like one of our family members.
Nick has been THE man during the whole process of buying our first house. Even when I would be very stressed about different aspects of buying the house, he was always a phone call away and would calm me down. I don’t think of him as my “realtor” anymore, I think of him as a friend and that really says a lot about the kind of guy he is. I definitely will recommend him to anyone that is wanting to buy or sell their home.
HONEST, humble, down to earth professional agent. I have NEVER had anyone so awesome. She will work her tail off for you no matter what she has to do or how long it takes. She will have your back and make sure she finds what you are looking for. LOOKING FOR A GOOD HONEST AGENT ....look no further. Here she is....she is our little dream catcher. I love this girl and I just met her.
Nick helped make the process of purchasing my first home go very smoothly. Nick was very knowledgable and anything he didn't know he was able to research and respond in a timely manner.
Steve Schauble and the Schauble group was amazing! They always kept me up to date and treated me like I was a high level client!before we even signed a contract, Steve had to do lists of exactly how he was going to sell my house. He was always available for every little question. Steve told us he could sell our house in 30 days and it only took 2.5weeks!
Steve is very professional. We are first time home buyers. Steve showed us many houses. Very patient with us. Very knowledgeable. Recommend him anytime. We have a new friend and realtor for life!!!
Nick was so helpful and always there to answer questions. This was my first home buying experience so I was nervous at first, but from our first meeting he put us at ease and made us very comfortable.
