Nick went above and beyond for the sale of 2912 N. Victoria Avenue, Peoria, Illinois 61604. This was my mother-in-law's home. Two repairs were needed to sell the house. He facilitated the sale by meeting with the contractors that did the repairs. We would recommend Nick for any future real estate sales. The system that the Christine Schauble Team uses to keep the seller notified of all showings then the closing progress is superior.
