Steve and his team are top notch. They kept me updated on all steps throughout the buying process. The majority of the process was executed on line to streamline what used to be a nightmare of paperwork. Each member of his team would answer any and all questions. If they don't already have the answers they were up front and did the research to find the answer.

Steve is very knowledgeable and will help you find the home you're looking for! He truly has your best interest in mind throughout the whole process. He knows a lot about the building and structural aspect of houses and will point out any potential problems so that you know for sure that you are buying a good quality home! I highly recommend him!

I appreciated the suggestions she offered for things I could do to make the house more presentable. They were cost effective and simple type of improvements. Some of the paperwork that was sent by office personnel had several errors which was frustrating. I was disappointed in the duration of the open houses and wished they would have had more of them. Steve was able to negotiate a deal on our house and get everything set up for us. He was professional and pulled no punches the whole time he worked with us. We explained our needs and some of our wants and he got right to work. Even was able to navigate us though the process as this was our first time and he was patient and answered every question we had with solid explanations. In some cases he was able to answer our questions before we were able to ask them. For first time home buyers, Steve is a godsend.

Christine was AMAZING to work with. We were shopping from out of town, and she made herself available for an entire weekend to look at so many houses (I honestly lost count!). For the couple that she couldn't take us to, she had knowledgeable, friendly backups on hand and ready to help us. I highly recommend Christine.
