Lindsey did an awesome job helping us to remote close on a home in a very hot market, that was difficult to secure an offer in. My son wanted me to add that "we got a dream home because of all of Lindsey's efforts." She was available nearly 24/7, and was highly organized such that all deadlines were planned for in advance. Jennifer made purchasing my first home such a breeze. She was friendly and has a wonderful personality for the role, thinking of the buyer while doing walk throughs. I would highly recommend Jennifer for any home purchase and would have her as my realtor again. All lines of communication were open, she answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was supportive throughout the entire purchase process. I enjoyed working with Josh. He really listened to what I was looking for and applied that knowledge when recommending houses, unlike a realtor I used in the past. I love that he wasn’t pushy and didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush my decisions. 100% would work with him again!

If I could provide 10 stars I would! I’ve purchased two properties in the past, both in California and dealing with Steve and his associates exceeded all expectations! If you’re currently working with a realtor outside of The Schauble Team, you’re working with the wrong realtor!
