This team has mastered teamwork. Everyone at the Shauble team helped us from start to finish, despite having out-of-state and first time homebuyer scares. We had to do underwriting and purchase money orders the day of closing, and Deb drove us around Peoria to make sure we closed the deal on the agreed-upon timeframe. Steve, Deb, and the Schauble Team truly cared about our interests and house hunting experience. It took us a few months to find the home that was right for us, and they were nothing but kind and patient throughout the entire process.
